Nothwitstanding the negative comments, I would like to say that this recipe is very familiar to me. It may not be my favorite Chinese recipe but it is very popular among Asians. I see this often in Chinese restaurants menu and in fact we get to order this chicken recipe once in a while and we like it. It's not bad at all. This Easy Orange Chicken is a welcome treat to all Asians and all Asian-food lovers. Besides, orange is very rich in vitamin C which is good for our skin, nerves and blood vessels and for our lungs.

Bad recipe, I would not recommend this. The deep fryer should be closer to 300 degrees F or else you will run into burning it very easily. Also boil the chicken first. 6-/10

I agree with Chef. Your recipes have too many errors in them, words left out, wrong measurements, etc. If you can't proofread these before printing them, I will gladly volunteer to do so!

So VERY many of your recipes are incomplete or do not make sense. I guess you mean rice flour, but forgot to type the flour part. Makes a real difference and you really should proof read before you sumbit recipes for us to view.

I was looking at your list of ingredients, but not all stores across country sells the same product, so what other sauce could be used?

I don't have that sauce available in my area either, but I found this recipe to make your own orange sauce Pour 1 1/2 cups water, orange juice, lemon juice, rice vinegar, and soy sauce into a saucepan and set over medium-high heat. Stir in the orange zest, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, chopped onion, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat, and cool 10 to 15 minutes

I'm assuming you meant 2 cups of gluten-free rice FLOUR? Please proof read before you submit...it's really annoying when the ingredient list is incomplete.
