I have this in the slow cooker right now. I wish you could smell the smell that is coming out of my kitchen! It smells so delicious! I can't wait for dinner to get done! This recipe is really simple, and great for a weekday meal. I will be adding some steamed green beans, broccoli, and cooked carrots so that it will be a complete meal. I really think this will be delicious when poured over the rice. If it tastes anything like the smell, this will be a keeper!
