Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 envelope Italian salad dressing
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (4-ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces (drained) (optional)
- hot cooked noodles or rice
Instructions

Cut the chicken into medium sized chunks and place in slow cooker.

Combine salad dressing mix and water. Pour over chicken.

In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and soup until blended.

So you slowcook it for 3 hours, then add the sauce and mushrooms and slowcook for another hour. Make rice or pasta (we had pasta) and serve! What could be easier? I love dishes like this - it is tender and very tasty and the whole family enjoyed it. Easy, absolutely uncomplicated and good to eat!
