Szechuan Orange Chicken
If you're looking for a quick and easy weeknight meal, then Szechuan Orange Chicken is the answer. Not only does it taste better than take out, it's also a much healthier option. The sauce is a mixture of ginger, garlic, orange juice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Make sure to include some vegetables in with your chicken - broccoli and carrots go especially well with this sauce. Serve your chicken and vegetables over rice for a full and healthy meal, ready to eat in under thirty minutes.

So I had to look up Red Pepper Flakes and I discovered that, in Australia, we call them Red Chilli Flakes, so thats an easy one. We eat a lot of chicken, ( I have a very fussy husband) so Im always on the look out for new recipes. I personally would prefer to spend the extra time to cook up ordinary brown rice, rather than using the Minute variety,

Delicious! I've made this a few times now, and it gets easier each time. I know what ingredients to grab, so I don't have to keep re-reading the recipe, and now they're always on hand. Personally, I love the sprinkled sesame seeds on top, but some people in my family don't, so I keep them separate and allow people to garnish as they wish.
