I made these crumble bars last year after seeing the recipe (see below) and they are amazing!!! They have such a nice flavor and texture to them. We all know that caramel and apple work well together but once you add in the cheesecake part and the streusel topping...this dish becomes unstoppable!

This cheesecake recipe sounds so delicious. I always want to explore new ways to top cheesecake, but my family prefers cherry cheesecake. I think this one will give them a run for favorite to battle out. Personally, anything caramel apple is a winner in my book. Now to find something good to make for lunch.

After I went apple picking this past fall, I was searching for a caramel apple bar recipe and wish I had seen this one sooner! These look perfect and not very difficult! Also, I believe the problem with the link has been fixed but just wanted to add that I had no issues locating the recipe!

This is an adaptation of a Paula Deen recipe. I made a 9X13 panful and it is a bit much. Will halve the next time and probably leave off the streusel topping. Made up perfectly and tastes good. However, IMO it's too much work for small reward.
