Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 1 cup thinly sliced onions
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- 3 cups thinly sliced mushrooms
- 1 1/2 pound beef flank steak, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup Steak Sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Hot cooked noodles
Instructions
Cook onions in 1 tablespoon of oil in skillet for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms; cook just until tender. Remove from skillet. Brown meat, in batches, in remaining oil. Return meat and vegetables to skillet. Stir in steak sauce. Heat to a boil; reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Serve immediately over noodles.
