Garlic Steak
Ingredients
- 2 dessertspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 fillet steak
Instructions
Put sauce and garlic in pan, heat until dessertspoon of sauce remains. Add butter, when frothy, add steak. When cooked remove steak, add 1 teaspoon butter to pan. when frothing again add parsley and pour over steaks.
