This beef looks so good, with the ketchup on top reminds me of meat loaf. Can you use another piece of beef other than brisket it is hard to come by where I live? How long do you leave it rest before cutting and eating the meat? This looks so good though!

My family loves beef. We like how it tastes especially when cooked with our favorite ingredients. Here in the county, beef brisket is very popular and it's mostly used in cooking various recipes. It tastes good because it is close to the bones and there are fats in between. This Melt-in-Your-Mouth Braised Beef Brisket is easy to make with only 5 ingredients which area readily available in your pantry. Delicious!!!

Here in South Africa brisket is an economical cut of beef but, nonetheless, really very under rated and under used. Always best when eaten a day or two after cooking but there is, nonetheless, no law against eating it straight away. It is very versatile so can be eaten with mash or rice or even noodles, if you wish. Bon apptit!
