I've been thinking about making short ribs lately as I have recently ordered them in two restaurants and they were delicious at both. I love that they can be made the day before. I'd love to try the slow cooker version or see if the recipe would work in my Instantpot. I really can't wait to give these a try. I would use the red wine instead of pomegranate which gives me a headache.
