Sweet Stir-fry Beef Broccoli
"This Asian stir-fry recipe is the answer to your beef cravings. A combination of sweet and salty with a hint of tanginess from the pineapple makes you crave this great dish. You can use fresh oranges and orange juice to get a citrusy flavor. You can also substitute pineapples for diced mango and a bit of mango juice. Adding grated ginger will also add a heated spicy flavor. A good drizzle of sesame oil will also enhance the flavor profile of the dish. We like seasoned sesame oil in this dish especially."

Ingredients
- 15 ounces beef tenderloin
- 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 ounce onions
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons pineapple juice (from the pineapple chunks)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Add oil in a heated wok.

Add and brown the slices of beef tenderloin.

Stir in minced garlic and saute on high heat for 2 minutes.

Add the broccoli florets and continue stirring.

Add the minced onions, oyster sauce, and soy sauce.

Keep stirring and add the pineapple chunks and the pineapple juice from the can.

Continue stirring for 2 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
