Bisquick Apple Drop Biscuits
We love how simple and delicious Bisquick biscuit recipes are. Not only are they ready in minutes, but they are also full of flavor and great as a dinner roll. Bisquick Apple Drop Biscuits are loaded with apple cider and shredded apple pieces, so you get the full sweet flavor of the apple. The texture is much different than a typical biscuit, which makes this version stand out even more. If you want to make a special biscuit, this is the recipe for you.

Ahhhhhh my next experiment for a super quick breakfast on the go...but, I do kinda agree with the comments on using diced apples however, I think I'll try shredding them the first time to see for myself. You know what would be great in this recipe? Some caramel drizzled over the top of the biscuits right when they come out of the oven...or, if you've ever had cheddar apple pie then you're aware of how amazing it is and may want to try adding cheddar as well!

I love making things with Bisquick since it's so simple and easy that I feel like I'm completely cheating. This is a great little recipe since I love apple cakes, muffins, and pies and these are like miniature versions of them. These are perfect with a cup of tea or coffee and I can munch happily on a plate of these all day.

Tried this tonite to compliment dinner. For recipe - suggest editing apple with grated, diced. I used diced apple - not Granny Smith - a fresh picked one so I cut back on juice to 1/4 then used water. Lighter flavor but truer apple flavor in the diced chunks. Will keep this in recipe file. )

I think I would have liked these biscuits better if there weren't chunks of apples in them.

I had two of these biscuits - one was not enough! I loved the apples flavor and the unexpected texture. These biscuits tastes like fall!

These apple biscuits were pretty easy to make. Next time I might try just dicing the apple instead of grating it. I also think using just cinnamon instead of apple pie spice would be good.
