My Favorite Sausage Cheddar Biscuits
There's nothing better than warm, homemade biscuits to wake up to in the morning. My Favorite Sausage Cheddar Biscuits are not only unbelievably delicious, but super easy to make! This is a Bisquick recipe for sausage balls that take biscuits to the next level. They only take about 20 minutes to make, and are great when reheated in the morning. I bet you can't eat just one!

Ingredients
- 3 cups Bisquick
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 pound ground sausage
- 4 ounces shredded parmesan cheese
- 16 ounces shredded mild cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix all the ingredients well in a medium bowl. Roll the dough into small balls and place on a cookie sheet.

Bake for approximately 18-20 minutes. Served immediately or refrigerate and microwave to reheat.

I like the sound of this, but not cooking the sausage before and draining sounds like it would be really greasy and that the meat would not cook all the way. Could you make them like a regular size biscuit instead of the bite size balls? I will give it a try.
