The Greek yogurt in this recipe must be what makes it so moist! Make sure you don't over bake it, or it could end up too dry. Check it 5 minutes before the shortest baking time listed, just in case your oven is off. Peaches and real vanilla and cinnamon make the house smell so wonderful! I am retired from teaching, but run a small home daycare and whenever I bake something like this, with vanilla and cinnamon, parents dropping off their kids always comment on how wonderful it smells and that they want to stay for breakfast/lunch!
