"This Healthy Rhubarb Bread is light, moist, and delicious! It's also loaded with healthy ingredients like Greek yogurt, unsweetened coconut and applesauce, orange, whole wheat, and cinnamon. It makes a great breakfast, afternoon snack, or dessert. It's not easy to find healthy rhubarb recipes that are lower in sugar and fat and that's also what motivated me to create this recipe. And although it's healthier than your typical rhubarb recipe, it does not disappoint when it comes to taste! Just the aroma of this bread baking in your oven will have you salivating! "
