Glazed Lemon Monkey Bread
Zest up your morning routine with this Glazed Lemon Monkey Bread. This particular monkey bread recipe is super simple to make, as you can use store-bought biscuit dough instead of making your own. Of course, if you want to make it homemade, you can do that, too. It's the beauty of this lemon monkey bread. For a quick breakfast as fast as cinnamon rolls, place the monkey bread dough in the fridge overnight and bake in the morning. That way, you'll only have to prepare the lemon glaze, which just has 3 ingredients. This irresistible dish can also be served as dessert, so it's a win-win either way.
Notes
After rolling dough into 1-inch balls and layering them in a Bundt pan, cover with plastic and then foil. Next, set in fridge overnight or let it rise on the counter for 1-2 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove plastic wrap and tin foil from Bundt pan and bake, uncovered for 55-65 min. If your top buns are bunning too quickly, place the tin foil back over for 30-40 min and continue baking. Drizzle with lemon glaze and serve warm or at room temperature.

I love monkey bread but I always associate it with cinnamon. This brings a whole different taste to it and makes it more of a Spring dessert/breakfast item. I probably won't make the dough from scratch, but just the thought of a lemony glaze makes me want to make this soon!

I love Monkey Bread and also anything and everything lemon flavored so this looks like an amazing combination! I would add in a large handful of craisins to this recipe and maybe a bunch of white chocolate chips for some extra sweetness! In addition to this recipe being quick and easy, the four-ingredient glaze is a great recipe to have on hand for this dessert and any other lemon-flavored ones!

This is going to be my personal favorite because Monkey Bread is naturally sweet and the sourness of the lemon just brings out the flavor. I really enjoyed this recipe. I certainly enjoyed this recipe.
