This is absolutely the best, basic donut hole recipe ever. It's easy to follow, and I love the fact that they are baked and not fried...makes it so much easier. You can make this recipe as written with powdered sugar or do as I do. Once you have the donut hole baked, the sky is the limit. I have coated these with cinnamon/sugar and filled them with raspberry preserves, or nutella. I've covered them with glaze, and even dipped them in melted chocolate. OMG the possibilities are endless.
