Bacon Mushroom Quiche
"Fresh bell peppers, mushrooms cooked to golden perfection, crispy bacon, sharp cheddar and sweet nutty Swiss are combined to make this wonderful quiche a tasty treat. This beauty takes about 20 minutes to prep and a little under an hour to cook. I use premade frozen pie crusts for this recipe as mornings are usually pretty busy around here and everyone is starving. Premade crusts have come a long way in the last decade or so!!"

Yum Yum this is making me hungry, Have you ever wanted to make your own quiche but thought it was too hard. Well look no further. If you love bacon and mushroom then try this recipe. So fast and easy and you can never get tired of quiche because you can always switch out the ingredients to make a different one each time and you can even eat it heated up next day. A very light meal for those hot days.
