Baked Strawberry Donuts

"You won’t believe how easy this baked donut recipe is! If you are like me, you’ve always put off making doughnuts because they seemed too difficult. All that frying and dough prepping doesn’t sound all that fun, although it results in a delicious treat. When I would get up the urge to finally make them, I would easily talk myself out of it, because let’s be real, I just really didn’t want to be in the kitchen that long for just one dessert. I feel like that much time should result in a gorgeous 4-course meal or something."
