Mmm, this looks great. It is really simple to make and would make a great breakfast for a group, especially during a special occasion when time is short. You could even prepare everything the night before and then bake it in the morning to save time. It would be a great addition to any potluck as well.

This potato recipe for me is a hit because it is a one pan meal. Easy clean up after the meal is done. All the ingredients used to prepare this dish are all family favorites. How could I go wrong here?

I like savory dishes for breakfast and this recipe is certainly one of the easiest I've come across. The combination of sausages and potatoes reminds me of my childhood scout outings. Roasting foil-wrapped sausages and potatoes over an open fire was the way most of these outings ended. It was great fun!

This recipe for Easy Breakfast Potatoes is excellent. It does not just have to be served during breakfast either. The combination of meat, potatoes, and peppers could be considered a main dish in many homes. I like the fact that this is prepared in the oven with no added fat to the recipe.
