"Looking for easy fall breakfast ideas? These simple homemade pumpkin waffles definitely need to happen in your waffle maker this autumn! The recipe makes a quick batter from scratch with an entire cup of pumpkin, eggs, flour, spices like cinnamon and nutmeg and milk. Bake to crispy and fluffy perfection in your waffle iron, then load them with your favorite healthy toppings for breakfast (or ice cream for dessert!). You can also surprise your friends at a brunch with these waffles."

Yum! This definitely calls for pulling out the waffle maker. I love pumpkin and I can easily see making these up during the holidays and beyond. Even in the midst of summertime heat, I enjoy making a pumpkin pie. I wouldn't mind whipping up some of these for a nice dessert and topping them with a scoop of ice cream.

I know pumpkin is typically a fall flavor, but this is something I enjoy year round. There is nothing more comforting than the flavor of pumpkin!
