Glazed Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Notes*For the glaze, start with 3 teaspoons warm water and, if needed, add an additional 1 teaspoon warm water in 1/2 teaspoon increments.

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup pure pumpkin puree, about 1/2 of a 15 ounce can
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 375F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners

Combine melted butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until blended.

Stir in eggs, one at a time and then pumpkin puree.

Add flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda and salt and stir until a smooth batter forms.

Divide batter evenly between cupcake liners, preferably using a scooper.

Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
