Mediterranean Shakshuka with Feta
"Comforting shakshuka with feta cheese - the most perfect breakfast one-pan meal! You are going to love this tomato egg skillet brunch meal if you are into Mediterranean food flavors. This particular shakshuka is based on the Israeli shakshuka but it is enhanced with feta goat cheese. The feta turns this shakshuka in a special delight as the flavors get combined. Serve this shakshuka for mother's day or any other special day with pita bread or a flatbread such as the Lebanese flatbread. I love this shakshuka too with baguette bread or simply with breakfast rolls and sometimes I will drizzle some more olive oil over my tomato egg dish."
