Peanut Butter and Jelly Baked Pancakes. This recipe is absolutely a must for every Peanut Butter and Jelly fan out there. It is easy to make, with ingredients you have on hand, and it is baked...no more flipping pancakes disasters. AND, it's PBJ!! Love that the pancakes can be frozen and heated up in the microwave, great way to keep a stash on hand.

I personally am not a fan of the peanut butter and jam combination, but my husband and one of my sons are. This looks quick and simple. I am sure they would love it, and it would save me time on a busy morning. Thank you for sharing this with us.
