I was immediately drawn to this recipe because of the beautiful, bright orange color from the pumpkin! This recipe is a little challenging so I wouldn't recommend a beginner baker to try this just yet. If you are more experienced, be sure to read the directions very thoroughly to have the best outcome! An easier suggestion is to add canned pumpkin and the cinnamon filling to pre-packaged pie dough and then make the cream cheese topping!
