With cheese being one of my favorite things to eat I think this idea of stuffing French toast with cheese is just brilliant! And including chopped pecan nuts in the cornflake coating must add such an interesting twist of flavor too. My son has just suggested adding chopped crispy bacon to the cheese filling and this has got me thinking about what other things one could use. Any ideas anyone?
