Scrambled Eggs with Cream Cheese

I have seen scrambled eggs prepared in a double boiler, which I'm sure would work equally well with this dish. In this case, I believe you can omit the butter.
Ingredients
- Butter, for cooking
- 4 eggs
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium-low heat.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs.
- Once the butter is hot, pour the eggs into the pan.
- Stir frequently until the eggs are mostly cooked.
- Add the cream cheese in pieces (to help it melt more quickly) and continue to stir.
- The dish is ready once the eggs have set and the cream cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
