Spaetzle

"Cheese this is what I think when i think of Spaetzle. Spaetzle is a gorgeous yummy and delicious noodle that is made from scratch. It's just so easy to make. This is a meal you can have on the table in under and hour. I like using cheddar in this recipe because of its sharpness. You can use any hard cheese of your choice. I go crazy and mix a couple of other cheeses to give this dish extra body. You can try Emmental or Gruyere."
