I love these scones! The flavors complement each other so well and the colors really pop! If you really like the tart flavor lemon, you can add some more lemon juice, like 1.5-2 Tbsps. Also, if you are not the biggest fan of strawberries, fresh blueberries or blackberries would also pair really well in these lemon scones. Note- the author says the strawberries may be too watery. Try adding a little cornstarch (like 1 tsp.) if that happens!
