Ingredients
- 2 (8-ounces) tubes of crescent rolls
- 9 ounces deli turkey, thinly sliced
- 4 strips of turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 6 slices of American cheese
- 1 can (2.25-ounces) sliced black olives, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- black pepper, to taste
- paprika, to taste
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Unroll crescent dough into two rectangles and seal perforations. Press one rectangle into bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Layer with turkey, crumbled bacon, and cheese.
- Spread mayonnaise over cheese.
- Whisk eggs, pepper, and paprika. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle olives over top if desired.
- Place remaining crescent roll dough rectangle over top.
- Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

I made this last night & it was INCREDIBLY tasty & easy. it's a very versatile meal option. you can dress it up w/ whatever meats you'd like. It's rather like a homemade hot pocket. I plan to use this with different meat options when I have all my nieces & nephews over again for dinner *Note: I did not use the Mayo & have no complaints! :)
