The Best Homemade Granola
Loaded with almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds and dry fruit, this healthy breakfast recipe tastes as good as it looks. Mixed with honey cinnamon, and ginger, each scoop is loaded with flavor and nutrients. It doesn't get any better than this.
Notes
Can be stored in air tight container inside refrigerator for 5-6 weeks or in freezer for up to 6 month.

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon dry ginger
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3 cups old fashioned or large grain oats
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup almonds, whole or sliced
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 cups any dry fruits you like – (dry bananas, raisins and craisins)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Stir together honey, oil, vanilla extract, ginger and cinnamon.

In large bowl mix oats, walnuts, almonds and sunflower seeds. Cover them with honey mixture and mix until well mixed.

Transfer to large lined up with parchment paper tray and dispose evenly. Pop to oven and bake for 15 minutes, then start to mix it every 5-7 minutes until granola gets beautiful color. All process will take about 30-35 minutes.

Remove granola from the oven, it will still be sticky and moist. Cool it completely. Granola will crisp up as it cools.

When it cools completely mix in dry fruits and enjoy!
