Vanilla French Toast

"One winter morning, my friend Scott and I arrived at school before we knew it was cancelled. I invited him over so I could make him French toast! I think everyone got sick of French toast for awhile. The first time my kids tried French toast was at a restaurant while we were on vacation. They ordered French toast sticks and happily dunked them in syrup. I couldn't believe I hadn't made these for my kids before! (We got stuck in a pancake rut.) Now, it's time for my kids to help me in the kitchen and learn how to cook breakfast! They love cracking eggs and dunking the bread is an easy task they can assist with too."
