Peanut butter cups and brownies. How can you go wrong with those two ingredients? I love that this is a dessert you can whip up in a jiffy. I think that my friends would be perfectly happy with a treat like this one when they come to visit me and we have dinner.

Yum! These are a nifty little treat to make up on the spur of the moment. I like the mini-muffin version since the size produced is perfect for a small snack bite. I haven't tried making these with a full sized muffin pan yet, but I'd like to give that a try as well over the holidays. With the grandchildren stopping by over the next few weeks, I'm definitely going to try keeping a stock of these on hand.
