This is a really nice idea. I've always enjoyed the dessert pizzas that various places offer (though I don't care for pineapple on regular pizza). This is a wonderful idea, and the photos that accompany the dessert show how lovely a presentation it makes. It would be an excellent dessert to bring to a potluck to share with friends. This recipe is definitely being saved for future use, since I can see it being used over the holiday season.
