Wicked Good Brownies

If you love chocolate, then this variation on Betty Crocker brownies is for you. With five different kinds of chocolate, you can see why my family thinks they're wicked good! You'll need a tall, cold glass of milk to go with them. Enjoy!

Notes

Recipe Notes:

Brownie batter should be given a very light touch; no heavy duty mixing here.

Make sure not to overbake.

What a beautiful presentation the picture of this brownie is...I can definitely understand where this recipe gets its name. Usually, I'd avoid eating something so chocolatey but I'm thinking because of the types of chocolate that are being used it won't cause me to have a sugar overload. LOL, I may even feel inclined to add my most favorite chocolates of all "dark" to the mix and, chocolate shavings would also be a nice addition.

We used a different brand of brownie mix (Betty Crocker is not available in South Africa) but they were still absolutely divinely delicious! The chocolatey flavor is good beyond words and, in my opinion, the overall sweetness of the brownies is just perfect. I have a girls morning get together this coming week and I know exactly what I';m going to make for them!

I want to know what kind of chocolate is on top.

The recipe gives you the choice of margarine or butter....

I wondered the same thing about margarine vs butter. I never buy margarine so I would also be curious why the recipe specifies no butter. Thanks!

I would like to know why you can't use butter. To me butter makes things better, so if there is a reason I can't use butter I would really like to know. Thanks Becky G
