Why buy frozen meatballs, when you can make them at home? This easy recipe for homemade meatballs will be tastier. When making this, I would use lean ground beef and skim milk. I would also add chopped onions and Italian seasoning to the meat. The meatballs will be delicious served over pasta.

This sounds like a fun way to dress up meatballs a bit more. Seems like it could be a fun one for family gatherings or small parties.

This, save for the parsley, is pretty much the standard recipe I'll usually follow when making meatballs. I usually use either just ground beef or a mix of beef and pork. Ground turkey has just become too expensive for my tastes over the past few years. It may be different in other parts of the country, but certainly not where I live. I normally add a bit of oregano in place of the parsley. These are great with pasta, plus they make for excellent meatball subs.
