Love this twist on stuffed shells. Why I say "twist" is because I'm Italian. It's the Sloppy Joe Sauce and Cheddar cheese that take this Sloppy Joe Stuffed Shells Recipe in such a unique direction. Great combination of flavors. Sloppy Joe's and Pasta..Win, win. Treat your family to something new with this terrific recipe.

I love that you put in the ingredients to make this dish the next day. I can see making this and having it ready for a large group or a huge family dinner. I have wanted stuffed shells for a long time, and this recipe sounds like it will hit the spot.

I can't wait to make this! I love the sloppy joe flavor, but it would be nice to switch it up once in a while. I thought it would be hard stuffing the shells, but if they're cooked al dente, they're stiff enough to stay open. I just arranged them in the casserole dish and spooned the filling in assembly line style! lol
