Muffin Tin Bisquick Puffs
Well, there is not much to say about this recipe with Bisquick other than that it is so darn tasty! Plus, being made with Bisquick, it is also super easy to make. Muffin Tin Bisquick Puffs are packed into a muffin tin and then loaded with a perfectly seasoned ground beef mixture that the family will eat up. To make things even more delicious, these cutie beef pies are then topped with cheese. Full of flavor, easy to make and topped with cheese, there's not much more you can ask for in a quick dinner.

I suppose that you COULD use Bisquick for this recipe, but it actually calls for a tin of refrigerated biscuits (like the country biscuit round from the cooler section.) I do really like working with those country biscuits because they are fairly cheap and incredibly easy to work with. I really like the sound of this recipe and was wondering if I could use the technique to translate it to different flavours. I think that I would liek to make up the beef but with some Tex-Mex flavours like cumin and chilli. Then I would add in some finely diced peppers and green onions and use queso as the sauce. It would be like tiny Tex-Mex cups...how perfect!?!?! I can see this technique being really universal.

I like how cute these little muffin cups are for lunch ideas. I can see making these ahead of time and taking them on a picnic at the park along with some fresh fruit and veggies. What a neat little recipe using things I already have at home. The Worcestershire is the key to the dish.

FYI this recipe doesn't use Bisquick, it uses refrigerated doughboy stuff.
