- 2 tablespoons butter

Just made this easy coffee cake and it is indeed fluffy. I like sweet coffee cake and this is NOT that. Excellent texture. I would add vanilla to sweeten it up a bit. Bake for exactly 25 minutes. Make this and you won't be disappointed.
