We have all seen the red, white and blue patriotic cakes before, so what's the big deal with this one. Well it should be obvious...the COCONUT. It is also made with a white velvet cake as the base, and of course a cream cheese frosting. Add to that the fact that healthy alternative ingredients are used and you have an incredibly tasty, and festive 4th of July holiday cake.
