When I first saw the name of this Easy Chocolate Italian Love Cake I wondered what made it Italian. Then I read the list of ingredients and of course it's the Ricotta. Then I read how easy it was to make, and the next thing you know I was in the kitchen whipping up this delightful cake. There is just no way to describe how wonderful this cake is. With it's rich chocolate flavor, creamy topping, and don't forget that wonderful sweet ricotta layer. I can tell you, this Italian loves this cake.
