Slow Cooker Blueberry Dump Cake

NotesIf using frozen blueberries (like I did) you may need to cook the dump cake on high for 3 1/2 - 4 hours. Mine took almost 4 hours for the top to get light golden brown. When done, the middle may be a little lighter than the edges.
