Mom's Chocolate Mint Brownie Cake
"My mom’s classic mint brownies were a favorite in our family growing up. This three-layer mint brownie cake uses almost the exact same recipe, just baked in six-inch round cake pans! Between each layer of brownie, there's a refreshing, mint buttercream topped with swirls of rich chocolate ganache. The buttercream frosting gets its flavoring from a bit of peppermint oil (or peppermint extract), and its mint green coloring from a few drops of gel food coloring."
