Orange Jello Cake

Don’t be fooled  by the title—this isn’t an orange poke cake with solid Jello inside. This Orange Jello Cake mix is made with dry Jello mix combined into the cake mix. That makes the cake super moist, but still light and airy enough to remain a cake. The sweetness and the citrus are both present in this recipe, but beware if you don’t like a lot of orange. On top is an icing, not a frosting, helping to maintain that light texture. This recipe is very easy and good for any occasion year-round.
