"6-inch Sponge Cake with Strawberries. Nice. Tasteful. Easy. Perfect for weekend tea time or afternoon coffee. It is so easily done "Never Fail" sponge that you can do with every kind of seasonal fruits available. Also, my grandmother used to do it during winter with all kinds of jams she had in her pantry, combining with candied flowers and dried fruits of all kinds.
