In my opinion chocolate cake with a delicious chocolate icing is about as close to heaven as it is possible to be here on earth. I have been looking for a recipe for really special, moist chocolate cake for such a long time and this one may just be IT! In this recipe they say that the inclusion of mayonnaise is the secret to moistness of the cake so let us see. Ill be making it this coming weekend and will report back afterwards. Watch this space..lol!

I love chocolate mayonnaise cake, but this isn't exactly that. In chocolate mayonnaise cake, the mayonnaise replaces the eggs. This cake has both mayonnaise and eggs. It is very chocolatey. The frosting is also very rich and chocolatey. You can also make a three layer or two layer cake. It is a good dessert for the chocolate lover in your life.
