I have never heard of a grapefruit cake until now, but I bet it is good. The ingredients list is really basic, so people who like to bake shouldnt have to buy very much more to make this. I would prefer to make my own butter cream frosting though. I prefer recipes from scratch, and I find Pillsbury products to be too salty
