Berry And Green Tea Ice Lollies

No Extra Ingredients are used in this recipe but only basic ingredients. Homemade Lollies are a cheap and healthy compared to Retail Shop or ice cream Parlous. Ingredients
- 2 -3 teaspoons green tea
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (cranberry/ blueberry /raspberries etc )
- 1/3 - ½ cup honey
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- Chilli powder for serving
- Chat masala for serving

Boil 2 cups water. Once boiled, allow to cool for a minute. Add green tea. Cover and keep aside for 5 to 7 minutes. Blend pitted berries, honey and lime. Combine with strained green tea.

Pour juice into popsicle moulds and freeze overnight or for few hours till set.

Unmould and serve sprinkled with chilli powder and chat masala, if required.

How cute is this recipe, and ice candy...well, that's one I've never heard of before today but I love it! Pretty much anything with green tea in it has my interest so I'm loving this concept already and I really appreciate that this recipe isn't loaded with sugar like most frozen snacks are. I'm not sure about the chili powder and I've got no clue what Chat masala is but, I'm looking forward to making and eating these yummy treats on their own!
