Buttermilk Pralines
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup pecan halves
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a large sauce pan. Cook to a soft ball stage. Beat until creamy. Drop by spoon on waxed paper. Let cool to harden.
