Chinese Noodle Cookies
Ingredients
- 12 ounces package Nestle's chocolate chips
- 12 ounces package Nestle's butterscotch chips
- 16 ounces package of Chinese noodles
Instructions
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in the same pan. Remove from heat. Gradually add Chinese noodles until covered with chocolate/butterscotch. Drop onto greased dish and refrigerate and/or freeze. Keep refrigerated or else store in an air tight container.
