    Peanut Brittle

    Ingredients

    • 12 ounces bag raw peanuts
    • 1 cup white corn syrup
    • 1 tbsp butter
    • 1 cup white sugar
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1 tbsp soda

    Instructions

    Mix together sugar, corn syrup, salt and butter. Bring to a full boil. Add peanuts and cook until golden brown (about 12 minutes) on medium heat. Quickly add soda and mix (it will foam up). Quickly pour onto greased baking pan. Let cool.
